For Thanksgiving this year, we rented a cabin in Seiverville with My sister. We went up to TN on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. The kids were off from school, so we left around noon. Since the rock slide shut down part of the interstate we went thru Maggie Valley, Cherokee, Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. It was a nice drive and it didn't take us much longer than going the interstate...
This was the front of the cabin. It had a huge deck with a hammock and a swing and a few rocking chairs..

Sunroom was first room you entered. This couch made into a bed...
This was the dining area and den. It had nice leather furniture and a gas fireplace
Kitchen was plenty big enough to cook a Thanksgiving Feast..
This jacuzzi tub was in our bedroom...I took a nice long bubble bath in it. I got way too many bubbles in it though...lol...
This was our room. It had two king size bedrooms, each with a master bath...ours was the only one with the tub though...
Cassie liked laying in the hammock...

We enjoyed the fireplace all weekend...
Zack was all set up with his tv and xbox....he didn't want to get bored...lol
There were lots of nice fall decorations displayed in the cabin...
We met Dustin & Mandy at the BBQ restaurant in town when they got there...

Cassie getting Mac & Cheese...We made all the goodies for Thanksgiving...Turkey, Dressing, Cranberry sauce, twice baked potatoes, sweet potato souffle, strawberry salad, mac & cheese, corn, rolls, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, apple pie & cherry cheesecake.....We had enough food for the whole neighborhood....needless to say we brought home a bunch of leftovers...
