Kevin Drake called me to see if I could make a SouthWest Airplane for their meeting with the SouthWest Representatives at the Herald Journal. At first, I was like NO, I don't think I can do it.
Scott drew out an airplane on paper for me to trace and make the parts out of fondant. I painted the fondant with icing...
Their logo...
Put it on a runway...
It was completely edible...They all loved it. The SouthWest Representatives took the cake with them when they left. They were impressed....
It was a lot of work, but well worth it...
